Payroll
We provide payroll services to many of our existing accounts and tax clients. These include setting up new schemes with HM Revenue & Customs, taking on new employees, weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll calculations, producing payslips for employees and P45s and manage auto enrolment pension schemes. We also complete the end of year PAYE forms P60s and also the employee benefits forms P11D(b) and P11Ds.
We are able to assist our clients with issues such as statutory sick pay, statutory maternity and paternity pay, redundancy and problem employees.
Our overall knowledge of tax enables us to ensure that payroll is operated to a very high standard.
Limited Companies
We assist in managing the companies with regards to statutory forms.
Broadly speaking we act for two main types of limited companies:
- One employee, one director, one shareholder. We act for a large number of these companies, in various technical fields. We are able to offer them a complete package: management, tax guidance and planning, payroll and accountancy services. Our firm is especially expert in this area.
- Privately owned, several directors usually the shareholders. We act for several larger limited companies where the service we offer is highly specialised and depends on the skills of the people involved in the company. For some of our clients we handle their purchase day book, payment of suppliers, right through to final accounts production.
